The mission of the Lee University Department of Human Resources
is to promote a positive and productive working environment by
serving the needs of the employees and the university. In order
to fulfill its mission, the following goals have been
established:
- To serve as a resource for each individual
employee by providing assistance, guidance and
advocacy with respect to the terms, conditions and
benefits of employment.
- To develop policies and programs which reflect
the overall goals of the university and enhance the
work experience for employees.
- To provide benefits programs that are consistent
with the labor market and meet the needs of
employees and their families.
